Plot
The episode begins with the four boys conversing in Jay's caravan prior to the beginning of a school day.
Will and Simon, once again confront Jay's "bullshit claims", this time motivated by Jay's father dismissing his most recent story about having sex with Playboy models in his caravan (which does not actually happen, as Will and Simon had realised even prior to Mr. Cartwright's confirmation) while Neil, ever simple minded, is not fazed by the implausibility of the story.
The group leave for school and Jay delivers another lie regarding his frequent use of recreational soft drugs after the boys witness school bully Mark Donovan smoking cannabis. Simon abandons the group temporarily to pursue Carli and his pursuit leads him to becoming acquainted with a girl named Tara, who he is immediately smitten with. Tara, an avid fan of music invites Simon to a local gig. Simon accepts the invitation and in order to further impress her claims he is able to obtain cannabis and that he himself is a frequent user of the drug (particularly when attending music events). He realises he has been impulsive and allows Jay the opportunity to actualise his most recent wild tale regarding his drug use. Jay claims he is unable to obtain any drugs as his fictitious associate has left Britain to spend a year in Afghanistan. Ever determined to create some plausibility with his claim, Jay, accompanied by Neil approaches Donovan, wishing to purchase cannabis. Donovan mockingly provides the two with a ripped up tea bag, still taking Jay's £20 from him. When the boys arrive at the gig, Jay decides to re-attempt proving to Simon and Will that he can obtain drugs by trying at the venue. After a short search, Neil spots a dealer and he and Jay head over to him. After a short argument with the dealer, he sells them the drugs. Will refuses to smoke it, so the rest of the boys smoke them out the back, with Neil having taken some of his dad's sleeping tablets as well. While inside, Jay starts teasing Will about not taking the drugs until Will eats what's left of them.
Simon accidentally injures Tara during a moshpit, and, not helped by a mixture of her being "stoned and concussed" leads to her feeling faint, queasy and, after telling him she is going to be sick, she throws up over herself, Simon, their shoes and the floor, just as she is about to kiss him. After she's been sick, the two kiss, only for Tara, still feeling ill, to stop and throw up everywhere again. Whilst tending to her, she starts getting excited when Simon starts going "Grrr". Eventually Will starts to feel the effects of the drug and becomes frightened and loses control of his hands. When he asks for an ambulance, Jay refuses out of fear of being arrested, Neil starts falling asleep and Simon is too busy passionately kissing Tara, or "eating her face" and stopping her being sick profusely, to care (or 'licking the vomit off Tara's tonsils', as Will puts it). With no other choice, Will gets up onstage and asks that they either call for an ambulance or his mum. He is then led off the stage by the bouncers as he looked "proper mental". When Will is being taken into the ambulance, Jay runs away in panic thinking the blue light is a police car while Simon kisses Tara, his first girlfriend.

- Last appearance of Mark Donovan (before The Inbetweeners Movie)
- Some of Will's speech after consuming the marijuana bears resemblance to a 911 call made in America by a man who feared he had overdosed on the drug by eating it.
